After paying for a subscription I attempted to download a pack and was immediately told I had to buy more credits! I bought more credits and attempted to download the pack and discovered that I could only do this by manually downloading each one of the 250 files individually! How backward and unhelpful is this?! I then attempted to download a second pack and was told I had to upgrade again - I did so and was then immediately told I had to buy even more credits!! What an absolute rip-off.
